Divecore WFL Strap, A Modern Waffle with Proven Performance
The WFL Strap is our latest development at Divecore, a purpose-built diving strap that blends the vintage character of a traditional waffle design with the technical upgrades and proven ergonomics of our HP model.

Based on the HP, the WFL retains all the essential features of the original while adopting a waffle-style structure for a more classic aesthetic.

Key Features:
Waffle Pattern Redesign: Incorporates a structured waffle surface and a micro-adjustment system using large round holes placed close together for improved sizing precision and security.

FKM Rubber Construction: Manufactured from high-performance Fluoro-Elastomer (FKM), chosen for its resistance to saltwater, chemicals, and extreme temperatures (-45°C to 300°C). Durable, yet flexible enough for everyday comfort and long-term reliability.

Optimized Fit and Flexibility: Includes our signature Mono-Accordion flex points, which improve wearability without interfering with keeper placement.

Spring Bar Compatibility: Supports standard Swiss tips as well as 2.5mm ISO-rated bars used in many Japanese dive watches.

Easy spring bar removal

Stainless steel flat pin buckle and locking system

Flat hole layout replaced with functional round-hole pattern

Domestic Production Initiative
We’re working toward full-scale production in the USA, including tooling, molding, and final assembly. This represents a significant investment in domestic manufacturing, and while the process will take time, we believe it’s a necessary step forward in quality control and long-term brand growth.

Availability
The WFL Strap is currently in the development and planning phase. We will be launching a Kickstarter campaign to help fund the initial tooling and production. We expect the timeline from funding to delivery to be several months, as we’re committed to meeting a high standard of precision and finish.
